Great patient education tool
I demoed every dental AI software available and Pearl was the winner by a huge margin. It’s faster, easier to use, and detects more. It is the only AI actually does what we’ve been told that artificial intelligence will do for dentistry.
I find Pearl so helpful and use-friendly in my day-to-day tasks. It has made my job so much easier! Yesterday, the hygienist pointed out a tooth to the doctor that needed treatment. The patient was able to get an appointment for today and they completed RCT!
I have been using Pearl’s Second Opinion for the last 4 months and my experience has been a positive one. It has been useful, particularly in explaining to the patient the extent of decay in their teeth and patients seem to appreciate and comprehend it better than a clinician trying to explain things on a black and white x-ray. From a clinician's point of view in managing carious lesions, particularly the RA3 lesion, it has been very helpful in standardizing care and documentation. It would be hard to work without Pearl’s Second Opinion AI!!

I'm really excited to be using Pearl AI. It has totally enhanced my diagnostics as well as my treatment planning. Patients are very appreciative that I am able to share this technology with them. I really love Pearl to do a chart audit and night-before schedule check. I use PI at the end of the day to see if predicted patients got diagnosed and, if so, whether PMS reflects it, and did patients leave with a treatment appointment.
It allows us to diagnose things earlier and allows us to be a little bit more conservative. It's also a great patient education tool. So as you can see, it allows us to detect cavities that are early. It also allows us to to detect any calculus or mineralized plaque that's there. And, we can also actually measure how much bone loss that has already occurred. So with this tool, we're able to diagnose things easier and quicker, and just provide a better patient experience for our patients.
