Dr. Aman Kaur is the Founder and President of Women in DSO. A trained dentist with extensive financial and business experience, Dr. Kaur has been very involved in the growth of the DSO industry for over a decade. She works with Private Equity groups as an operating member and consultant for their DSO portfolios, and has worked with multiple DSOs in various executive roles. She is also a General Partner in RISE Health VC, a first-of-its-kind VC fund focused on investing in oral health companies focused on women-led and empowered companies. Respected as a credible voice in the industry for her leadership, business decision-making, and strategic solutions, Dr. Kaur is constantly shaping the dental industry.
