Navigating Patient Details


Learn how to navigate your Patient Details page



The Patient Details page will show all patients by default. Clicking on Overdue will filter by unscheduled patients who were due for hygiene in the last month, clicking on Due Now will filter by unscheduled patients who are due for hygiene in the next two weeks, clicking on Treatment Follow Up will filter by recent patients with unscheduled treatment plans, and clicking on Visiting Soon will filter by scheduled patients with unscheduled treatment plans.

You can also apply manual filters to filter by different sets of criteria including estimated recall date, last appointment date, treatment status, opportunity type, and more.

Clicking on a patient's name will pull up the patient module just like the one you see on your daily schedule.

Clicking on the patient's phone number or email address will copy it to your clipboard.

In the columns to the right of the patient name you can see the AI date (the last date that Pearl read captured radiographs for the patient), the last hygiene date, and the name of the doctor who evaluated the patient last.

Clicking on the blue note bubble will open up a spot to leave notes on a patient. Simply type the note and click save. Notes can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon and deleted by clicking on the garbage can icon.

To the right of the page there is a column to see patient's treatment statuses at a glance. Treatment listed next to the blue AI circle is unplanned treatment the AI has found, treatment next to the white checkbox is scheduled treatment, and treatment next to the green calendar icon is unscheduled treatment.

Clicking on Generate Report will download an Excel file containing the patients currently filtered on the patient dashboard.
